We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
After placing your order we will contact you by e-mail to confirm your order and to give you a projected despatch date. Our aim is to despatch all orders as quickly as possible: For 'stock' items this will usually be within three working days, although some items, such as domestic wares & belts, are made to order and so delivery will be longer than this. If your order is urgent please ask for a projected delivery date prior to completing your order. Please bear in mind that we are a small family business, and as we are often away trading at shows we may well be unable to confirm your order immediately.
Depending on the value of the goods, orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail 1st class/ Recorded or Special Delivery. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail or 'signed for' service. All orders over £10 in value will require a signature upon delivery.
Your rights to cancel. With the exception of bespoke items such as belts, all orders can be returned for a full refund within seven working days of receipt. In such cases the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Damaged or missing goods Claims for damaged or missing goods should be made within seven working days of delivery. Please return any damaged items to us preferably with the original packaging.
All transactions are conducted in GB Pound Sterling (£).
On submission of an order Lionheart Replicas may keep your information on a mailing list for delivery and administration purposes only. No listing will be sent, sold or otherwise distributed to any third party and Lionheart Replicas will not sent any mailing or information to customers without a separate request from them.
