Crucifix pendants or badges are often associated with one of Europe’s many miraculous Roods such as Boxley Abbey or the Cross of Neath in St. Georges Chapel. However, this crucifix pendant, the original of which was found in the River Seine in Paris, is likely to have been a general devotional item rather than relating to any specific shrine or relic.

Original found in France.

14th- 15th century.

25x 39mm.

This item is supplied with a silver plated chain as standard. If requested we can supply it with a black or natural leather thong at the same price. Please note this on your order if required
